Every manufacturing challenge is different. Through data analysis, hands-on expertise, and precise coordination, I transform complexity into stable, efficient production.
PROJECTS

Behind every successful project, some challenges pushed the limits of process and precision.
I treat each assignment as a unique engineering journey. From technical troubleshooting to lean manufacturing, each solution is optimized through analysis, validated by data, and supported by real manufacturing expertise.

AUTOMOTIVE LIGHTING
My recent project at FES 360 Smart Manufacturing GmbH (formerly LIKUM and A. Maier Präzision GmbH) allowed me to apply my injection molding expertise in a dynamic environment.
Building on my automotive lighting background, I focused on process setup, optimization, and quality assurance for Arburg machines, emphasizing technical problem-solving and collaboration.

CASE STUDY SMED
In the highly competitive automotive industry, minimizing downtime during production is essential to maintaining efficiency and meeting demanding production schedules. Implementing the SMED (Single-Minute Exchange of Die) methodology significantly improved mold changeover processes, enhancing productivity and operational flexibility
AUTOMATION INTEGRATION
In this project, I designed and implemented an automated system for inserting components into the over-molding process of a rear lamp lens.
The goal was to improve quality consistency, reduce manual intervention, and increase overall production efficiency through the integration of robotics and advanced automation
